Parts of this website may allow users to post comments or other content (“User Content”). User Content reflects the views of the user who posted it and does not necessarily reflect the views of AI Income School.

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

you own or have the necessary rights to post it;

Not a condition of purchase. Your consent to receive marketing calls/texts is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Time-of-day / compliance. We will contact you consistent with applicable federal and state laws, including calling-hour limits (generally 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. recipient local time).

Revoking consent / opting out. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP to a text message, using any unsubscribe link provided, or emailing [support email] with your request. We will honor opt-out/revocation requests as required by law.

Calls may be monitored or recorded for training, quality assurance, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes. Where required by law, we will obtain any additional consent before recording.

We may maintain records of your opt-in/opt-out, message delivery, and account activity to demonstrate compliance and to respond to complaints, disputes, or legal requests.

AI Income School Program:

The AI Income School Program is a digital product delivered online and may include downloadable materials, live/recorded trainings, and community access. Access is provided immediately upon purchase, and your login credentials are for your use only.

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date if you complete all of the following:

(a) Course Completion. Complete all required modules/lessons in the core curriculum (as shown by your course progress).

(b) Implementation Proof. Submit objective proof that you implemented the strategies, including all of the following:

screenshots/links of the assets created (e.g., storefront, landing page, listings, ad account setup, content published), and

a short written summary of what you did, when you did it, and outcomes to date (even if results are minimal).

(c) Support Attempt. Before requesting a refund, you must contact support at least once to troubleshoot your blockers (email is fine).

(d) Timely Request. Submit your refund request to reggie@reginaldjennings.com within the 14-day window.

Email Info@aiincomeschool.com with: (i) your full name, (ii) the email used to purchase, (iii) your purchase receipt/order number, (iv) your implementation proof (links/screenshots), and (v) a brief description of what didn’t work for you.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and banking timelines.

Refunds will not be granted if any of the following apply:

- Your request is submitted after 14 days;

- You have not met the completion + implementation + support attempt requirements;

- You engaged in policy abuse, including chargeback threats used as leverage, content theft, or sharing login access;

- You purchased through a third party or received the program through a bundle/promo that states “final sale.”

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact Info@aiincomeschool.com first so we can resolve it quickly.

If you file a chargeback/payment dispute with your bank, we will treat it as a support escalation and may pause program access during the dispute review. We will provide our payment processor/bank with documentation of your purchase, access, and communications.

This policy applies to the AI Income School Program unless a separate written refund guarantee is provided at checkout for a specific promotion.

AI Income School is committed to providing students with transparent access to the program content, coaching, and support as described at the time of enrollment. The program is an educational system intended to support implementation and launch; however, individual results will vary and depend on the student’s effort, experience, market, and execution.

No Student Left Behind – Extended Support. If a student (i) actively participates in the AI Income School curriculum, (ii) applies the coaching provided, (iii) completes the core implementation steps in good faith, and (iv) has not launched an AI-powered offer within forty-five (45) days from the date of enrollment, AI Income School will provide the student with additional access to coaching and implementation support to assist the student in progressing toward launch. This support may include extended access to group coaching calls, review of implementation materials, and/or additional office-hour style sessions, as determined by AI Income School in its discretion.

For purposes of this guarantee, “active participation” includes, at a minimum: (a) completing the core training modules made available during the first forty-five (45) days after enrollment; (b) attending live coaching calls or viewing the full replays for at least [two/three] calls; and (c) making a good-faith effort to complete the required implementation steps outlined in the program materials (such as building the student’s initial AI team, creating an offer, and following the launch checklist). AI Income School may request reasonable documentation of participation and implementation (e.g., screenshots, worksheets, or links) before granting extended support.

To invoke this guarantee, the student must email support@aiincomeschool.com within seven (7) days after the end of the forty-five (45)-day period and describe the steps completed. Failure to timely request extended support waives any claim under this guarantee.

This guarantee is limited to continued access to coaching and support as described above. It does not provide for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellation of payment obligations, and it does not constitute a guarantee of income, profitability, or any specific business result.

Important Notice: Protect Yourself from Scams

Regginald Jennings and AI Income School, will never contact you via social media, DM, text, or phone call to request money, payment details, or offer private coaching services.

Any official communication will always come from our verified email addresses or booking links listed on our website. We do not reach out to students individually—students must initiate all appointments through our official channels.
